Tecno Imac s.p.a. was formed in 1999 following the takeover of Imac S.P.A. in Rome.
Since then, Tecno Imac s.p.a. has constantly been involved in a process of innovating and perfecting production which, by further developing the Polimglass® patent (a high performing co-extruded thermoplastic material), has enabled the achievement of exceptional results and thereby putting itself onto the international market as a leader in roofing and walls in plastic materials.
In fact, Tecno Imac s.p.a. produces and trades in roofing, walls and gutter systems of the highest quality for the worldwide market.

Tecno Imac’sproduction is essentially in three specific sectors: industrial and civil roofing systems, facade wall systems (light ventilated facades) and a complete range of gutters and drainpipes for the removal of rain water.
All these products are made with Polimglass® according to a specific co-extrusion technology. Polimglass® is a synthetic material which, in addition to being exceptionally sturdy, has the individual characteristic of being covered with methacrylate, the only plastic product which is virtually insensitive to ultra violet rays. Its aesthetical and structural reliability and inalterability are without doubt its strong points which sets apart the company's products from all others on the market and created using other materials.

One key product is the Imacoppo sheet which has for some time already become a complete system, perfect for civil building due to its similarity in shape to traditional tiles and its warm colour tones which are opaque and intense just like traditional tiles. These sheets are also used a lot for rural building mainly for restoration purposes.
As for its industrial roofing and wall systems, in 2006, Tecno Imac presented the Greca 143 sheet which, alongside the already existing classic Onda and Greca profile sheets, offers a complete range of advanced solutions in terms of flexibility, technical performance and aesthetic quality. During SAIE 2007 Tecno Imac presented Lightwall, a revolutionary system for the realisation of light ventilated walls.
In 2005, "StarSystem" was presented at SAIE, a new line of gutters and drainpipes, revolutionary in terms of aesthetics and technical substance which, thanks to extremely realistic colours, an invisible support system and due to optimisation of the number of special pieces needed, had an immediately huge success from both designers and contractors.

Tecno Imacregard building warehouses as privileged clients and we, as such, aim to provide them with the greatest commercial and technical assistance. For contractors and designers, our design development service has already for some years been available to the client. Via fax or e-mail the scaled design arrives in our technical office and, within a few days, we send the client the exact list of materials required to realise the roof.
In addition, great care is taken over our technical documentation and assembling explanations: the assembling guide provides extreme clarity regarding all problems associated with the roofing system and explains how these can be resolved by using Tecno Imac sheets and accessories.
